The Morning Method respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of this Site to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we have adopted the following policy.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that material on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information to allow us to locate it (for example, a direct URL).
  4. Your contact information: name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Notices that do not include all of the information above may not be actionable.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location at which it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which you reside, and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of any user who is determined to be a repeat infringer.
